These terms and conditions are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by FereCommerce to consumers.

The order is validated after payment confirmation. FereCommerce reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a dispute or suspected fraud. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided.

Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal, mobile money, or bank transfer. Transactions are secured by Stripe and Payzone. FereCommerce does not store any banking data.

Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer. Delivery times are given as an indication. In the event of a delay, FereCommerce will inform the customer as soon as possible.

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a period of 30 days to return products and obtain a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in special cases.
