Withdrawal period
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Sale or promotional items may be subject to specific conditions (check the product page).
- Some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (underwear, swimwear, etc.) – please check before purchasing.
How to make a return?
- Log in to your account and go to the My Orders section.
- Select the order and click on "Request a return".
- Indicate the item(s) to return and the reason for return.
- Print the prepaid return label (or download it).
- Carefully pack the items, affix the label, and drop off the package at a pickup point or post office.
- Once the package is received and verified, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
Return shipping costs are free for manufacturing defects or errors on our part. In the case of withdrawal, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Refund
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund time may vary depending on your bank (generally 5 to 10 business days).
